About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Annie Simpson.
By booking and paying for a consultation or support package, you agree to these terms.
​
Initial Enquiries
​
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract between you and Annie Simpson.
​
Following your enquiry, Annie will discuss your situation with you and confirm whether she feels she is the right person to support your family.
​
If Annie believes your child would benefit from alternative or specialist support, she will always be honest about this and, where possible, signpost you to appropriate services.
​
Booking & Payment
​
Once a service has been agreed, you will receive an invoice. Payment must be made in full before your consultation, support package or overnight consultation takes place. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Consultation Sessions
​
Consultation sessions may take place via Zoom, telephone or in person, depending on the service agreed. Support packages include only the support outlined within the package description unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
​
I understand that family life can be unpredictable and will always try to be reasonable where possible. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Where 48 hours' notice is provided, your appointment may be rearranged without charge.
​
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full. If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
​
Overnight Consultations
​
Overnight consultations require a significant commitment of time and diary space.For this reason, overnight consultations cancelled within 7 days of the agreed date are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
​
If Annie is required to cancel an overnight consultation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided.
​
Refunds
​
Due to the nature of consultancy and professional advice services, refunds cannot be provided once a consultation has taken place or a support programme has commenced.
​
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances apply.
​
Support & Advice
​
All advice and recommendations are provided based on the information supplied by you at the time of consultation. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as every child, family and situation is unique. Parents and guardians remain responsible for decisions made regarding their child and family.

Confidentiality
​
Information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or where there are safeguarding concerns.
​
Limitation of Liability
​
Annie Simpson provides guidance, education and support to parents and families. Her services do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or other specialist healthcare advice.
​
Where concerns arise that fall outside Annie's area of expertise, she may recommend seeking support from an appropriate healthcare professional or specialist service.
